Rentals are from March to November weekly, fortnightly or longer. Change over day is Saturday however we will try and accommodate your travel plans depending on the season:

* Minimum rental for the period June 13, 2009 - Sept. 12, 2009 is 2 weeks. Rates are subject to change until confirmation of reservation.
Initial deposit (25% of total rent) due at time of reservation, final balance and security deposit due 30 days before occupancy. We accept payment in Euros (ING Bank account deposit) and US Dollars (personal check).
Ours is a non-smoking house and we want to keep it that way. No pets.
